We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your mobile detailing appointment. However, as a small business, we rely on our clients to respect our time and commitment to their appointments. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can contact us by phone, email, or text message.
2. If you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation or rescheduling request, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services.
3. If we arrive at your location for your scheduled appointment, and you are not there or do not provide access to your vehicle, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled services.
4. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service package to accommodate the remaining time.
5. If you have a recurring appointment scheduled with us and need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees.
